Bad performance and no export

I bought this app an hour ago. But it isnt working as expected: First of all you need to install an aditional software to record sound. You need to activate the audio-output in the system preferences of your mac, and during record, you do not hear any sound at all. When finishing screen capture, you get a video, of all the things you recorded, but cant hear any sound. So you have to re-set the audio output device to your internal speakers again. ... When finished, you want to export the video. But an error window occurs and you are being told, that you do not have sufficient rights to do that ... This app is some kind of wast of money. Keep your fingers away! Only one star for that app, because the handling is very easy. But this does not change the fact, that this tool is absolutely not working!!!
