Screen Capture Pro 2.4.0
This is complicated. After upgrading to 10.10 Yosemite I could not get my screen captures to work with tho OLD iMovie version. It was a frustrating and painful experience but I eventually got everyothing to work. Here’s what I did. FIRST, be aware that not all the app developers updated their apps to work with Yosemite, if they didn’t then you will have problems if you try to use the OLD app on the OLD iMovie on NEW Yosemite. When I tried this App (SCREEN CAPTURE PRO 2.4.0.) it worked perfectly!! HALLELUJAH!!!! When I tried using any of my OLD videos on the OLD iMovie on te NEW Yosemite, even that was troublesome. ScanSnap would not work on any of the OLD videos either, but it DID work on THIS app as it always did. (I told you it was complicated.) The problem is NOT the old iMovie, it still works almost as it always did. Just keep trying and you’ll get it to work. You might want to take a chill-pill first as it can be frustrating. Good luck! :) :) I almost forgot, it seems that the only way to find
the PRO version of 2.4.0 is in the box on the right side of the screen where it shows other apps by the same developer BONITEN. The icons for these are all very similar, make sure you get the one by Boniten, that’s the one that worked for me. R.
5/26/15 I am puzzled that so many are having trouble with this app. I had some difficulty when switching to Yosemite, but now it works perfectly; it’s flawless, and I use it almost every day to capture instuctional videos and music. I can import them into iTunes too. Curley.
